I found the staff very friendly and willing to help. They always had a friendly smile. the lobby offered coffee with dates at certain times. they had a table full of chocolates, called the chocolate hour, to enjoy from a flowing fountain, there were other goodies too.
The management needs to be careful of barcode parties. ahmed, the manager at the door, told us to wait outside. we waited one hour and he didn't call us. The girl at the door was rude and selfish.

The staff were consistently courteous and always ready to help. The valet and luggage service were particularly attentive and friendly. My daughter's graduation was celebrated with flower petals, balloons, and a cake in the room.. she loved it. In-room dining offered very good quality meals.

The 'barcode party' was quite a mess. Ahmed, the manager at the door, told us to wait briefly because of room capacity. We waited one hour, but he did not call us. The girl at the door, a manager for the barcode party, was rude. She gave me one ticket of five and charged me for it, ultimately dismissing those who had waited almost two hours.
